Congress registration page

All congress participants are required to register using the online form. The registration is a step-by-step procedure. Please fill in all the steps. You can select registration as participant, as paper presenter or discussant.

For paper presenter and discussants

When you select paper presenter your registration form has an extra step for the session and paper information. Please select a session (listed in a pull-down menu on the form). Paper presenters also need to enter the title and abstract of their proposed paper and can also upload the paper itself. With the combination of your e-mail address your code/password you can also upload the paper at a later date. We will forward your proposals to the session convenors as soon as possible.

We will send you notification of acceptance of your proposal as soon as the session convenors have informed us. Information on how and when to handle the final registration and payment, and on hotel reservation will be sent to you in 2009.

Deadline for paper presenters/discussant registration is 1 February 2009.

Personal page / e-mail confirmation

When you register you will receive an e-mail with confirmation and a code/password.
You will need this code/password in combination with your e-mail address to access your personal page on the website, to upload your paper and to handle the final registration and payment. On the page you will find all information we have on your registration (personal, address and, if applicable, paper information, and a log of the e-mails we have sent to date). The advantage is that you can always check what information we have sent you and when. When you have logged on with the password/e-mail combination you can also upload your paper.

Final Registration and Payment of Fee

Please fill in the final registration and payment form on this website.
In order to make payment you need to enter your e-mail address and registration code on the Final Registration and Payment form (as some participants use more than one e-mail address the one you need to enter and the 8 digit code are both mentioned in the e-mail re: ICHS Final Registration and Payment) and follow the steps. You can pay by credit card or select payment by bank.
Residents of the Netherlands can also pay by iDeal (first choose payment by credit card and in a sub-screen you will be able to choose iDeal).

In case of cancellation

When you cancel your registration before July 15, 2010 and have already paid the conference fee, we will refund the fee minus Euro 20 for administration costs. When you cancel your registration after July 15, 2010 there will be no refund.
