The Holland History House is your meeting place during the ICHS2010 congress week in Amsterdam. Every day, from Monday the 23rd to Friday the 27th of August, from 5 pm to 8 pm (and from 5 pm to 11 pm on Friday), the Holland History House offers historical entertainment with free drinks, the Remains of the Day talk show, in which prominent guests look back and discuss the day's activities at the congress, and live music.
The Holland History House is also your entry to the city of Amsterdam and its surroundings. Twelve other museums, institutions and tour operators offer a range of activities specially organized for the congress week. These include a film festival, concerts, city walks, late night openings and a lot more besides. The information desk at the Holland History House can tell you which activities are planned each evening and how you can sign up.
